The property, located at 626 Underwood Road, was purchased off-market on 24 June 2025 for $3.0 million. With a landholding of 10,670m² in an Emerging Community zone and supported by strong comparable sales in the area, the project was designed as a short-term value play with multiple clear exit strategies.
Our primary strategy was to resell the property “as is” to capture the significant discount to market value secured at acquisition. Throughout the project, our team engaged leading agents and leveraged the site’s strong fundamentals: its premium size, strategic location near Brisbane CBD and Sunnybank, and its development potential under the Rochedale urban community neighbourhood plan.
